Analysis

The land is analysed and the best variety of cultivation for this area is selected.

Next to privileged natural areas and completely isolated from other crops, the location of our estates is ideal for the organic cultivation.

Compost

We use an important amount of organic fertilizer.

That favors fertilization and soil structure. Soil health and men's health are inseparable.

Native flora

We are looking for the natural variability of the species, avoiding ornamental plants, since native species have best ecosystem performance.

Greater biodiversity means greater pollination and therefore greater productivity. Biodiversity also has positive effects on the fight against pests.

Growth

We ensure that trees grow properly.

During the years of production, fertilizer and irrigation are looked after, to promote flowering and ensure a good pest-free harvest.

Pests protection

  • Parasites are kept at acceptable levels without trying to eliminate them.

  • Various associations of plants have inhibitory or biocide effects and some species act as trap plants.

  • Organic matter is provided, since it stimulates the soil microbial population that protects from certain pests.

  • There are natural insecticides that come from plant, minerals or biological extracts.

Collection

The fruit is carefully collected.

A well-formed team of cutters with many years of experience guarantees the perfect harvesting, pampering the fruit to ensure its quality and durability.

Transportation.

The internal transportation from the field to the store is performed with our own trucks minimizing the time spent in the field once the fruit is collected once fruit safely and hygienically.

Selection

The fruit is received and prepared for processing in the work line selecting in every moment the most suitable options according to the needs of caliber and quality of the customer.

Facilities

Once the fruit has arrived to our facilities, it is carefully selected, always controlling its traceability.

Our facilities, equipped with the most advanced technology, allow us to improve the process and incorporate positive changes in it, which will have a good impact in the final product offered to customers.

Customization

We do not simply produce and sell, but we listen to our customers and we take care of their needs adjusting to what our end customers are demanding in terms of quality, caliber and selling format.

Packaging

Our warehouses are equipped with the latest machinery allowing us to meet all the format requirements the market has.

Distribution

We work with transport companies that meet all the requirements regarding food safety and temperature control.

Fruit processing

Other companies finish the process here. But not us, since all those fruits that are not marketable due to their quality or calibre are not thrown away. Instead, they are processed to produce all kinds of citrus byproducts.

Juices and oils

The natural juice extraction, the concentrates production of different graduations, as well as the production of essential oils and pulps is carried out in the industry plant. Capable of processing 30 tons of fruit per hour, this plant has a network of industrial robots for viewing and automatically controlling all processes and final quality.

Zest, peels and pulp products

Processes have been implemented to take advantage of the peel and pulp in order not to throw anything and generate less waste in our industry.

Quality

The most important quality standards in the sector are followed throughout the process to guarantee the traceability of the product.
